Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin the return process, please get in touch. All items must be returned in unused condition, exactly as they were received. Yes – all our products come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturer defects as standard. For added peace of mind, we also offer extended warranty plans (6 or 12 months) at an additional cost. We are a UK-based business, and at present, our delivery services are exclusively available within the UK. However, as we continue to grow, we’re actively working on expanding our operations to offer worldwide shipping in the near future. In the meantime, if you're based outside the UK and interested in a bespoke or custom product – such as one of our steering wheels – feel free to get in touch. Had my head unit for my BMW swapped out by Munveer and Gugun, both were very knowledgeable, explained what they was going to do and kept me informed at each step, once completed talked me through how everything worked and answered any questions I had. Their after care has been second to none with a few questions I have had.
