Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location:

Standard items: Up to 7 business days

Custom-built items (e.g. steering wheels): 7-14 business days for production, plus standard delivery time. Expect up to 3 weeks in total.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working hard to offer it in the near future.

For now we only deliver within the UK. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking details first.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact our support team, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 30-day product warranty against manufacturer defects as standard.

Additionally, we provide extended warranty options (6 to 12 months) at an extra cost, covering accidental damage.
